Establishing Routines and Healthy Sleep Habits

As we start to settle back into school, the Department of Mental Health Support Services wanted to spend time this week discussing the importance of establishing routines and healthy sleep habits. If your student is struggling with reestablishing school routines or unhealthy sleeping habits, contact a mental health clinician in your child’s division.
